Three new upmarket restaurants and cocktail bars are among the first confirmed tenants. Platillos, a 90-cover sister restaurant to the Wig & Pen, Popolo a chic cocktail bar, lounge and restaurant and Zizzi a famous nationwide brand of pizza and pasta eateries which will seat 120.
