Sheffield Markets

Every year Sheffield plays host to a variety of Specialist markets including Farmers' markets, Global Village vmarkets, Art & Craft markets anFarmers Marketd the Sheffield Christmas market.

Sheffield Markets will be hosting a programme of Specialist Markets in 2016, ranging from Global Village and Farmers' Markets to Craft markets. 

Farmers Markets

At the farmers' markets you can buy fresh produce from local farmers and producers including bakery products, home-made pickles, chutneys and jams and a range of fresh, local meat.

The Sheffield Farmers' Market usually takes place on the 4th Thursday of every month from 8:00am to 4.00pm at the top of Fargate outside the Town Hall.

The Moor Market has 196 stalls, with products ranging from everything you would expect from a great indoor market, fresh fruit and vegetables, including locally sourced organic produce, meat, fish, jewellery, shoe repairs, clothes and newsagents to some things you might not.

The market also includes artisan food stalls and cafes, including Russian and Jamaican influenced food, craft ales and beers, Thai inspired ice cream, handmade cakes, knitting, craft and fabrics and so much more.
